Good buy! : B&M 113001 Street/Strip Automatic Transmission

I purchased this street and strip transmission instead of getting an old TH350 overhauled. It was cheaper this way and had all the mods I was looking for had I overhauled the old tranny. Free shipping and no core charge, how can you go wrong? Transmission works very well and have had no problems with it. It did require some adjustment to the governor to get the shift points right where I wanted them, but this is expected due to variations in final drive ratio 3.55:1, 4.11:1 etc. Also needed new gear for speedometer to get it to read correcly.
It shifts nicely not too violent or too soft. Good when getting on it and also good while just driving for fun. The adjustable Vacuum modulator, which is a plus, helped to accomplish this.
I would reccomend this transmission to anybody looking to upgrade from a standard Th350 to a performace Th350 for speed or maybe even just towing. Just be sure to get it in and tested before 90 days is up as that is the extent of the warranty.
